Challenge

Lodel’s old one-page site felt dated and couldn’t handle growing content needs. Investors struggled to find project details, and the pitch deck was a simple PDF that didn’t showcase the scale of their blue ammonia plant. Our mission was to build a clear, scalable website, craft a data-driven deck that wins eyes and checks, and refresh their brand to match Lodel’s technical expertise.

Approach

We kicked things off by expanding Lodel’s single‐page site into a fully responsive, five‐page platform, complete with a dedicated Investor Relations hub and live Project Updates feed. Next, we built a tailored 12-slide pitch deck packed with clear financial projections, location highlights, and growth plans, and wrapped it all in a fresh identity, introducing a new drop-and-flame logo, an olive-green palette, and modern Open Sans typography.

The result was dramatic. Average session duration climbed 45%, “Contact Us” inquiries jumped 30%, pitch-deck downloads surged 60%, and stakeholder surveys rated the site’s clarity and professionalism at 4.8 out of 5, giving Lodel the confidence and tools they need to win their next round of investment.

Discovery & Strategy

We began by diving deep into Lodel’s business goals, market position, and audience needs. Through stakeholder interviews and a thorough audit of the existing site and materials, we identified key messages and pain points that needed to be addressed. We mapped out user journeys for both potential investors and industry partners, defined success metrics, and created a clear project roadmap that aligned with Lodel’s tight four-week timeline.

Website Redesign & Development

Next, we transformed the outdated single-page site into a modern, multi-page experience. We crafted intuitive navigation, broke content into logical sections (Services, Projects, Investor Relations, Contact), and designed responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile. High-quality imagery, streamlined calls to action, and an on-brand color scheme ensured every page not only looked professional but guided visitors smoothly toward the information they needed.

Pitch Deck Creation

Simultaneously, we developed a 12-slide investor deck that spoke directly to Lodel’s financial and operational strengths. Each slide combined concise copy with clear visuals—charts for cost breakdowns, maps for location advantages, and call-outs for carbon intensity highlights. We maintained strict brand consistency, using the new logo, color palette, and typography, and structured the deck to tell a compelling story from overview through ROI projections and future growth plans.

Branding Overhaul & Final Delivery

Finally, we refreshed Lodel’s visual identity with a simple yet distinctive drop-and-flame logo mark, an olive-green primary palette paired with neutral accents, and clean Open Sans typography. We applied these elements across the website, pitch deck, and supporting assets to create a unified brand presence. After a round of stakeholder reviews and usability testing, we handed over all source files, style guides, and detailed annotations—equipping Lodel with everything they need for a confident investor outreach and future marketing efforts.
